Default 2002 Honda Transmission

I recently bought a 02 accord that had been turned over. When I went to get the car i cranked the car an put it in drive the d4 light continuously flashed. But when you try to accelerate it felt almost like the brakes were holding it back but was building RPM's. But you can put it in 2nd or 1st and takes off like it should. Anyone had these problems or know how to fix them?

Get an OBDII code reader and retrieve the codes(not the description). Post back here with results.

Also the car I'm fixing has a sunroof in it. If the vents in the sunroof are stopped up will that make it leak in the floorboard. Every time it rains the floor gets wet. I can't find any other place where water gets in.

It could be the sunroof vents, but usually the headliner will get wet around the edge as the tray fills with water and spills over.
If the floor is getting wet check your A/C vent drain.
It is located on the Passenger side directly above the subframe.
