B16 swap help
Hi so I'm looking to get a b16a2 engine, the guy I'm getting it off is giving me everything including wiring loom but I will need to buy an ecu, my question is once iv bought a P28 ecu is it straight plug in and play or will I need to do some extra wiring for it to work?
It's going in a honda crx si 1990 1.6 non Vtec, I know I will need a obd0 to obd1 conversion harness or will I need the conversion harness? As I'm getting the wiring loom with the engine
Appricate any help thanks

b16a2 is obd2 , p28 is obd1 , but yes you can run the obd2 motor on a obd1 converted engine harness ( I recommend Monotech) and use a obd0 to obd1 jumper harness on the dash harness at the ecu to use the p28, all of the wiring that comes with it is useless other than for injector plugs etc if you are converting yourself but id just buy a already done harness they are pretty cheap ( under 200 for a super nice tucked/loomed )

Is there a thread that shows how to do the wiring setup for b16?
