How do u guys like the spoon radiator cap??
I bought one from a friend of mine and i havent install them yet...how did u like them...i was thinking of matching them with some mugen or spoon thermostat...lemme know the advantage and disadvantage...
Don't use the thermostat unless you're racing or in the middle of summer. The engine takes longer for the coolant to warm up and it won't stay warmed up once you hit a long stretch or the highway.

Makes your car run too cold.

It's just a radiator cap. There are no significant advantages or disadvantages... well maybe in the pocketbook.
This kind of radiator cap (eg. Mugen, Spoon, Greddy, etc.) is a high-pressure type that increases the pressure inside the radiator, thus raising the coolant boiling point and increasing cooling efficiency. The open valve pressure is usually between 1.3 - 1.38kg/cm² compared to the stock 1.1kg/cm². It demonstrates its power under high-load situations such as track events.

You wouldn't normally reach boiling point with a stock radiator cap, so raising it shouldn't be a big issue (especially for the price).
