Yeah but they use d2r bulbs, no d2s projectors. I wouldn't mind buying it and just retrofiting in a LHD projector. Only problem is the auto adjuster...

So if someone planned on putting HID's in these and want to keep it as stock as possible just look for the 08 tsx ballast. Just gotta make some foam rings. to seal the big hole you're about to make underneath the headlight.

rear caps aren't going to work. theres nothing to screw them in. just reuse the rubber boots and get silicon packs. actually they already silicon packs in them.

TRS does sell different size rubber caps. Check em out, call them and ask what meeasurements they need to recommend you the right size.
As for CRV headlights, I have tried the front caps but it did not work out as easily as I was hoping. I did think that the DHT530 gave more rear cap space, it does a very good job, so in that respect I think it should be okay.
