Default Fuel Filler Neck Discontinued By Honda, How Else Can I Fix The Pipe

I've got a 2000 Honda Prelude that needs a Fuel Filler Neck, thing is, Honda has discontinued the part and no one makes an aftermarket part. Presently, I'm trying to source one out from a "Part Out" but haven't found one.

The damage is towards the top close to where the nozzle sits when pumping gas, I made a funnel (out of thin Aluminum) about 6 inches long and inserted it into the neck and it seems to be working ok, I just have to fill the tank slowly otherwise it leaks downwards. The filler neck has 2 smaller pipes attached to it and they are completely rusted off. Check Engine light is on P1456.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this if I'm not able to find a replacement fuel neck?
