Icon5 1994 Civic Hatch Fuel Problem

So, after having somebody cut the ends off my fuel pump, i have now gone and replaced the fuel pump assembly and pump. When i turn the key the pump kicks in, and i can feel it filling the line with pressure but nothing reaches the engine side.
I pulled the fuel filter & hose from it and there was 0 pressure. the line that runs from the fuel pump to underneath the fuel filter i can force air from engine side --> Fuel pump side. But when I try to force air from Pump side --> engine side, its blocked.. Nothing comes through.
So my problem isnt that the line is clogged because i can blow backwards into it and it shoots gas all over the rear hatch. This problems isn't letting fuel reach the front, the pump just primes and eventually sounds like **** because theirs too much pressure.. any ideas?

Air will flow this way

You replaced it with a new or used pump? May just be a bad unit.

New fuel pump, I even used the one from my other car ( walbro 255LPH ). If its obstructed how come air freely flows one direction and not the other?

The foreign obstruction is by chance positioned to act like a check valve. Replace the fuel line or continue trying to dislodge the obstruction with compressed air.
