Default Question: 1992 Eg Civic ECU rewire

Is there anyway you can wire a ECU in to a 1992 Lx that was carby so didn’t have an ecu without having to rewire the whole car? I’m putting a b18c in to it p72

Just the ECU, not the whole car. Probably will also need a higher pressure fuel pump.
