Off set ball joint cause of camber
So I went to brakes plus the other day to get an alignment, (previously had replaced my struts and realized I had uneven wear on my tires) so they told me that the uneven wear was caused by camber wear so they told me I needed to replace my ball joints with off set ball joints so I won't have uneven tire wear anymore, and a shaky steering wheel around 60-70mph, and they we're gonna charge me around $680 to replace them and do my alignment. Do any of know wether I can replace them myself or I should suck up and pay the $680.

Hmmm.. So they noticed your uneven tire wear when they replaced your struts? Or you noticed it and replaced the struts yourself?
Offset ball joints.. I assume they mean offset upper control arm for camber adjustment. Sure you can do that too. But I'd check the tire wear first because that description is pretty broad.
I could be wrong but $600 sounds a little high for replacing upper control arms and adjusting front toe.
