92 accord abs modular leaks fluid but it comes from mc reservoir
Ive removed that top portion and saw that the O-rings are shot.
Where it is leaking from.
Abs modular leaks from a small hole on one end of the modular. The fluid is not coming from the modular reservoir but the MC reservoir. This is the 2nd modular I got from the junk yard and it was a pain in the *** getting with all the break lines rounding off. I have removed the top portion of the modular and I think it's the O-rings that need to be replaced but I haven't had any luck finding replacements. The dealer said that these parts are long discontinued. Anyone have any problems like this???
I don't have the answer you're searching for, but I do have a word of advice for not rounding off brake fittings..instead of using a wrench, use vice grips that are flat rather than rounded. Clamp in on tight enough that it'll grip without deforming the fitting.
Also, if they're just generic o rings, you should be able to find metric o-rings at any parts store, or you can buy a full kit online.

Thanks, I work at a parts store and I've searched every O-ring we have and non fit. They are to thick. I have found o-ring kits but it's hard to order them on line not know exactly if they are gonna include what I need.
