Default 2006 Honda Pilot Stolen - Ignition Lock/Key

I had my 2006 Pilot stolen but the cops quickly found it but w/o the key. I do have a spare. The thief knows where I live so I have the car in a safe place until I get the ignition locked changed. What's the best course of action? Replace the lock with a new key or can the current chip be reprogrammed leaving the lost key inactive. Thanks.

The Immobilizer System can be cleared of the lost key code; so, there is no need to replace the ignition cylinder, etc.

That is good to hear. Follow-up question, can the door lock cylinders be rekeyed to a new key, or would they need to be replaced?
