I have a D16Z6 engine from what I know was launched from 92-95 in Honda's vehicles. I purchased a 1999 civic lx which does not have this engine, but was installed in it I I get a check engine light upon looking at the code belongs to a crankshaft position senor where is it on the D16Z6 and what adaptations need to be done for this engine to work properly in this Honda thank you!!!

You have an OBD2 car with an OBD1 engine, running off an OBD2 ecu. Either get a P28 ECU and jumper harness or remove the engine and throw back a D116Y7. If you didn't understand what I just said, let someone competent to work on your car instead.
