Icon4 Problems after replacing ELD '04Civic LX

After replacing the ELD per dealer diagnostics in my '04 Civic LX I now have to use the key slot next to the gear shift to get out of park, my car no longer beeps when I lock it with my key fob and I can't change the time on my clock. What the heck is going on? Oh, and the check engine light went out for about 60 miles and is now back on. The dealer also told me I needed to replace a two-way shut valve which I haven't yet done, Will have to contact them for that part #. I am 64 yrs old, not a mechanic and have basically looked to you folks and YouTube for help with my car.

unfortunately the ELD would not affect your shifting... You'd have to get this new code read for us to understand what else is wrong with the car

You probably blew a fuse. Check under-dash Fuse No. 10 (7.5A).
