My newly purchased honda was bought at a good price, going into the purchase i was aware it had a fuel leak. Im just wanting to ask around first before I go and drop the tank, im curious if this is a common problem it's leaking on the rear driver side but it looks as if it's coming from the top where the pump would be and running down the lines. But the fuel lines are rusted also so im not sure if it's coming from them too. I heard hondas are know to leak from guel pumps cause some are plastic. Eventually ill be replacing all the lines but till I get my next check if I can bandage the issue till then I would like to hear some ideas and info if anyone has any experience with this same issue?

 

Yup, common problem; the tank has rusted through. You might as well do the fuel lines while you're at it.
