I have a 98 Civic dx hatch swapped to a y8 motor I replaced alternator checked battery it's good and checked my grounds in engine bay they are good I have one for the head to radiator support I have another from intake manifold to shock tower, tranny to shock tower and battery to shock tower. My headlights have a good ground to body. I replaced fuse 15 which was blown and still same problem. Today when I get home I will go through my relays to see if they are all good but I'm running out of ideas if someone can help it would be great plz.
