B18C rebuilt on EG9 suggestions?

I am planning to rebuild the B18C on my Eg9 because that is a high oil consumption. and my buy list as below, could you guys give me some suggestion?
Reface the cylinder head with stock cams and replace the valve stem.
Replaced 81mm YCP high compression piston and piston.
ACL small end rod bearing. (to retain the crankshaft main bearing)
Otherwise, how to choose the size of the rod bearing, I know almost are the STD size , is that fit for almost crankshaft as well? Or I need to match the code on the shaft should be better?

yes, take the oem bushings finding the right size by matching the letters on the block with the numbers on the crankshaft.
If your engine is consuming oil I would go with 81.5mm pistons and have it bored to fit the pistons. I've seen allot of people rebuild engines standard bore only for it to continue burning oil because the cylinders are out of round.
I have to measure the cylinder wall firstly then to decide what diameter piston to use.
May I know what process I have to do if go for the 81.5mm piston.
Just take it to a machine shop and ask them to bore it out .5mm. Pretty basic and relatively inexpensive. I remember paying around $300 for a head milling, .5mm boring and a rotating assembly balancing. If you bring it to them disassembled it should be less expensive.

Just let the machine shop know what size pistons and what material they're made of. If the machine shop is worth their salt, they'll bore it the right amount, no problem.
It's best to bring them the block and new pistons and tell them what size p2w clearance you want. For my all motor b20 I went .002" p2w for my turbo b20 it's .004" p2w.
At the very least use plastigauge.
I also agree that boring out to 81.25 or 81.5mm would be worthwhile, just to get a completely fresh surface on the cylinders (obviously with a fresh hone too) and get a perfect circle. Cylinders oval out over time/mileage.
