Default Wiring 2005 Accord Daytime Running Lights

I have a 2005 Accord EX V6 and installed new headlights assemblies that have an LED DRL across the botom. Everything is installed and working EXCEPT the DRL. There is one red (hot) wire available to power the DRLs. My intention was to tap in to a fuse under the hood, but learned that all fuses in the box under the hood are always hot. I only want the DRLs on when the car is running or the key is turned on and to turn of when the key is off. I'm looking for a simple solution. Thanks

Run a wire into the cabin. Look for a rubber grommet under the driver's side dash.

Under-dash fuse slot no. 29 or 31 are unused, and hot in ON or START. You can use something like an Littelfuse Add-A-Circuit there and connect for power.
