Default Dropping Temp @ Accel

So I change my radiator and thermostat and the upper hose in attempt to fix the problem of my temp gauge falling when I exelarate past 3500-4000 rpm and drops all the way down to the bottom line as quickly as I'm excelerating any other solutions or possibilities or what it might be?

I went ahead and bled the system again, there were no air bubbles coming out the bleeder valve on the upper hose and I got the thermostat new from oreillys so I would hope it's a genuine Honda part my problem is still present

Oreillys doesn’t sell oem Honda parts. Honda does.

O'Reilly's parts aren't even close to the quality of a genuine Honda part... so the fact still remains, you have a junk thermostat that will NOT close the bypass circuit when the thermostat opens. For Honda's, you should only buy spark plugs, oil and cleaning supplies at your local auto parts store. Go to the dealership for everything else.

Read the service manual to learn the proper bleed procedure.

If problem persists, do diagnostic tests for a blown head gasket.

you didn't bother to drive to honda for a thermostat
you didn't bother to bleed the air system until after someone told you to
you didn't bother to care for your ride
you don't deserve it.
