Yes, but you might need to change out the clutch housing. There are two different clutch housings, one for the 04-05 (version 1) and one for the 06-08 (version 2). I've never dealt with a J35A6 so I don't know which version mounting the block uses as it never came with a manual so I can't cross reference part numbers.
