Default New (to me) CM7

Hi HT, I bought a nice condition CM7 in Night Hawk Black. It's a 5 speed K24 with 153,000 miles and a strong service record. It's in great condition and I've been practicing my best adult driving before I bought this car. I have been working on hypermiling techniques like cruise control, coasting to stops and gentle braking. It seems like I get my best mileage at about 64-68MPH. Anyways, I wanted to install some Eibach lowering springs on the stock suspension since they seem to have the least drop. I wanted to know if I would need any other parts before I bought them and got an alignment. My thinking is that I'll have less underbody drag, less body roll, and less back and forth travel to improve my MPG (plus I think the ride height is excessively high)

. If you have any other mods that worked for you, post them here!

I just got one too but ive been into hondas for evers, as with any modding of the suspension(or anywhere else for that matter) you need to have in mind that other parts may need changing, the pro kits are a great system and will work with the stock struts but will shorten the life of them because they were not meat to take such an excessive load other than the stock spring. So you might want to look into aftermarket struts, my choice was the pro kits with koni str.t, the ride became firmer but not back breaking and took out a nice gap all the way around. As for alignment it is a must for any vehicle, the rear on most hondas can go without camber corrections depending on drop but the front is a toss up, some people need adjustment or ajustable parts or just set there toe to 0, i just get what is needed to adjust the front wheels. Me i love suspension mods i cant wait to start working on it to see how tight i make it, all the power in the world dont mean nothing if u cant take a corner.
