Default b18 b1 intake off by 6 teeth interference issues?

i have recently swapped a b18 into my car and converted it to multipoint from dual point and i was having trouble getting to run right, it seems to only be firing on 3 and 4, all 4 of them are getting spark the wiring is correct, i checked the timing and the intake valve was 6 teeth advanced, i was wondering if maybe i had some bent valves, i don't think they are, all 4 cylinders sound like that have compression. i have run it and im assuming that i would get some back fires back into the intake manifold if the intake valves where bent, i'm just concerned

The only way to know for sure is to compression test or lift the head and visually inspect for damage. How does it run now that you've fixed the timing? Injectors are firing? Leads are on the distributor in the right order?
