Default Headlights killing battery

I replaced the alternator and battery and everything runs great until I turn on the headlights and it kills my battery instantly....the car will run all day great but as soon as the headlights come on I have to jump it off...any suggestions?

Put a meter on the Battery as you turn on the lights To see just How much power is being sucked by the headlights.
Also have the battery load tested Yeah a pain.
But It's possible ! even if it seems unlikely to you.... that the Battery is Pre broken/Dead.

What about the switch ? I mean you can hot wire a headlight onto the batt. and it'll only draw so much current , my chime is broke and I leave my headlights on for awhile with no problems . If the problem started after you changed the alt. and batt. then that's where the problem lies I would think .
