We bought ours in Dec of 17, I noticed the oil was high (top of the dipstick indicator) at 4000 miles. Changed the oil, figured the tech might have overfilled it. Then I started to monitor it every week. The oil slowly rose again. This time I had 9095 miles on it. Got me a Blackstone oil sample kit, changed the oil again and sent the sample off. The oil sample came back with 4% fuel dilution. I called my dealer and the foreman had me e mail him the report.
He had the rep come in this week and they are changing the oil again (533 miles and it was rising) and doing the software updates for this. So we will see. I highly recommend getting an oil sample taken and have the report available when you go and complain. It is proof it has fuel in it and it leaves the dealership not trying to blame you for overfilling.
I will keep everyone posted as we are going to pick it up on Saturday and it has been in the 30's here, so this should be a good test.
