I have power to the coil but Im not getting a signal for spark. Computer says nothings wrong....

My computer with the engine turning over shows everything is good... Im seeing RPMs and spark advance...

 

Are your spark plugs not sparking? Like, have you taken them out and seeing no spark? Or does it not run, and you've immediately assumed no spark? Replace plugs and engine block ground. If the coils, ground and plugs are good and the ECU sends the signal it sparks, that's all there is to it

 

I removed one of the coils and stuck a screw driver in it, next to the body with the engine turning over no spark. I I have 2 voltages across the wires, I have with the engine turning over a constant 12v on one and a constant 4.8 on the other.

 

How close, becaus yu'd need to be very close to make a spark and you probably wouldn't see it. Try a new coil.

 

Really? 4 new coils? Its not hitting on ANY cylinder.

 

Sounds like you need to pull the plugs, ground them, and make sure it's not sparking. power to the coil, the coils, the plugs, engine grounds.... could all be the problem.
