01-02 coupe front bumper

hi, does anyone know where this front bumper is from? I’m going to do the coupe hood & bumper conversation and I found this pic , and I’m liking those fog lights since we can’t do a euro r conversion on the CG I just want something a little different.

Bumper looks factory. Looking at a few other parts it looks like a combination of Honda parts that may not have been available in the US market. Probably CAN or Europe option...
