Hello everyone,
I have had an ongoing issue with my 97 Honda Accord. To start with I bought this car used and beat up as neck by the previous owner. Ive fixed many of its issues so far. But when it comes to this code which is Electric Load Detector voltage low im puzzled because there is no information anywhere online. Can someone help me locate the ELD. Also the only way I can start my car is if I connect my OBD scanner so I'm guessing thats a grounding issue. Can anyone help me with all grounding locations under the hood that woukd be resposible for this issue please.

 

So I figured out my issue. I checked ground wire g01 I check ground wire g02 I also checked ground wire g101. G01 was good. G02 was good. However ground wire g101 next to the manifold was good but the plate holding onto the manifold had loose bolts. So I had to retighten the two bolts holding the plate and that solved my issue.
