Engine options for 2008 Accord V6 manual trans
Hi all,
In a weird situation. I had access to a J35Z3 engine and trans before and was hoping to installed it in my 2003 Accord manual. Found out it wouldn't work. Now I came across a 2008 Accord V6 manual that needs a new engine but the J35Z3 I was looking at sold already. Shocking, right? lol
Anyway, curious if any other engines will fit the 2008 Accord 6-6. I know the J35Z2 is not an option. The VCM technology makes in incompatible. Seems like the only other potential options are the MDX 2007+ MDX J37. I believe the 2003-2006 MDX J35A5 has the correct block bell housing pattern but the heads are different.
Hoping a 2007+ MDX engine can work.
