Larger injectors alone will do nothing but make your car run excessively rich, which you don't want. The ECU cannot detect what size injectors it's driving...all it does is open and close what it thinks are stock injectors, based on a fuel map. Now, if you ran some kind of engine management system, you would likely then be able to tell the ECU what size injectors you are using, which would allow you to use a larger injector. Still, this alone will not gain you anything, as all you'll be doing is turning the larger injectors down to run at a lower duty cycle than the stock injectors would. For more power, you need to figure out how to get more air and fuel together into the combustion chamber, and then properly tune for it. This can be done by allowing the engine to breathe easier through the use of aftermarket cams, porting and polishing the cylinder head, aftermarket intake / exhaust manifolds, etc. You can then add more fuel. This would be the naturally aspirated route of getting more power from your engine. You could also look at a turbocharger or supercharger to physically force more air into the combustion chambers, and then add more fuel. This is the forced induction route of getting more power from your engine. Finally, you can look at changing the chemistry of the air / fuel mixture you are adding to the combustion chamber with the use of nitrous oxide injection, or other forms of oxygenated fuels. Essentially, this last option adds more oxygen to the mixture, allowing more fuel to be added as well.

Hopefully this explanation helps you understand that it's not about just adding more fuel - you need to get additional oxygen into the sealed combustion chamber to be able to react with that fuel, which in turn makes more power.

Factory tunes on most vehicles are a bit conservative to run on the safe side.
This has them running towards the rich side.
A pro tune for performance would leans this mapping out a bit to gain power.
... basically the complete opposite of what you would be doing by adding larger injectors on a stock tune.

Like these guys have already stated, those will do nothing by themselves but cause potential problems.

Larger injectors are useful for turbo setups, high compression setups, or increased displacement (stroked) setups... larger injectors may also require a higher flowing fuel pump to realize full potential.
