Just bought a 2006 Civic Hybrid from an auction. Car won't drive, when I shift it into drive, it won't move at all. Car only has 110k miles on it. I was thinking maybe a bad transmission and that's not a big issues, I can replace it myself but was wondering if there are some things I can try first before going down that route. Engine runs perfectly and no check engine light either. If anyone can throw some tips my way it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S Someone mentioned replacing the ECU but I don't think that would change anything.
