Hey Everyone, I'm new here & have a pretty big problem with my '06 civic.
I was attempting to install a backup camera & now it won't run.

I used wiretaps to get juice & ground from my reverse light bulb &
ran one wire to the camera & one to the monitor. Now the car will start but dies immediately, &
is locked in Park.
what's my next step?

 

Undo the changes and see if the car returns to normal

 

I tried that - didn't help!
I think I freaked out the computer.

 

Is the Key light on the dash flashing?
