Great job with the video... WAY longer than needed, but it sure makes it easy for us to help you. You have only one code... a TEN. This code relates to the IAT sensor... the wire colors (assuming that your gauge cluster is mounted in a '96-00 Civic) are red/yellow and green/black. The IAT sensor is normally mounted in the intake air tube in this model Civic, so if you have done an engine swap or intake manifold swap and you are trying to use an IAT sensor mounted in the intake manifold, you would have to extend the factory wires and change the plug style to a round plug. It is a common mistake for installers to try and plug the Power Steering Pressure switch plug into the IAT sensor on JDM "B" series or OBD1 "B" series engine because it is part of the engine harness and just happens to be long enough to reach the sensor. It is typically a grey (sometimes green) plug with a green wire and a black wire. If you had the corrected plug connected to it, I suggest removing the sensor from the manifold and inspect it to make sure the end isn't melted off or blistered... essentially shorting it out. Plugging the wrong connector to the IAT sensor can short it out.
