red lights under the turn signal lights on the dash
Two red lights have appreared.One double red circle with a ! In the middke.The other double red circle with a P in the middke.They are side by side..what are they for ??

The two circle ones with the outer circle incomplete, is a standard icon for a brake-related system. The outer circle is supposed to suggest brake shoes.
So a "P" in the middle means parking brake. Either the brake handle is not all the way down, or the switch that detects that it is all the way down is not working.
These lights were not on USDM models.

OP has a Canadian car (that's our brake symbol), and is probably low on brake fluid. Or his handbrake is on. But probably doesn't know what that is because he/she drives an automatic and never uses it.
