Default MPFI distributor plug pinout, why two different sources

I was searching about the DPFI to MPFI swap (B swap). I found two different source of the MPFI distributor plug pinout. Looks like the CKP signals and CYL signals are swapped.

So the Chilton's manual says the two wires in the middle of the round plug is CKP signals, while a source online says it is CYP singles.... I am very confused.... Are there two different OBD0 distributors using the same plug but different pinouts?

The Chilton appears to match Honda circuit diagram.
