Default Ignition coil resistance check

So manual says 0.6-08 ohm on primary coil, and 9.7k to 14.6k on secondary coil . Mine reads 1ohm on primary and 23.3k on secondary. Is there any issue with secondarily coil, or it is fine? It is a ebay distributor that's been working fine for a while... Then the car stalled. I am trying to figure out if it is the distributor causing the stall...

I see you have the black terminal touching the spring. Does the reading change if you touch the contact directly, rather than the spring? And that's not a distributor I've typically seen in this year car. What engine are you running?

Does the car still work? How are the rest of your ignition components?
