07 civic(manual) not shifting into gear when cold outside

My 2007 honda civic dx has trouble shifting into gears when its cold out. Is the clutch going bad? or is it something to do with the hydraulics in the slave/master cylinder? or is there some other issue going on? Thanks in advance!!

When is the last time you changed the oil in the transmission?
