2005 Honda Civic 1.7l Stalling Trouble + Relay clicking
Been trying to figure out why my car wont stay running she sometimes idles great, but when you give her gas she bogs down on me. Ive checked the fuses all the fluids, i dont have a code reader on hand im kinda going towards it being a bad ECU OR ECM. I cant find anyone i know that has had this problem, the light comes on for park, neutral and reverse but right when you put her in drive no light but sometimes you fiddle with the fuel pump relay and disconnect the battery it will work but cant over load the car with power. The fuel pump works battery is charging and alternator is getting correct amount of volts. Any ideas please help im only 17 i dont really know alot about cars i need some help
Check for DTC codes. Post them for us in P#### format, if any.
Sounds like you may be in Limp Mode to protect engine when PCM senses an abnormality.
The Fuel Relay behind the glove box can go bad and cause problems.
D light bulb may be burned out in cluster.
Timing good? Got compression in cylinders? Head gasket breached?
May be a clogged cat converter too which would cause lack of power and bogging down.
Lots of possibilities...
2 blue relays are the fuel relays
