hey, i was wondering if i could use any manual transmission on my accord or does it have to be from another honda?

Given enough money you can make pretty much anything work. That said, unless we know the year, model, engine, and whether your current transmission is a manual or automatic, there is no way any of us can answer your question.

If it's not out of a Honda it should at least be out of a front wheel drive that also runs counter clockwise. After that like shipo said, anything can bee done with the right amount of money or fabrication skills.
