I have a 1999 Honda Accord LX 4 cylinder that has a problem with the Heat and AC controls. It comes on and goes of randomly. It usually doesn't come on when I start the car, and seems to come on when the car has been running for a while. The blower will adjust and work fine when the Heat/AC buttons are off. The lights and buttons for Heat/AC don't come on when pressed and doesn't effect the blower. I changed out the blower motor resistor with no help. Thanks for any ideas.
