i jumped some random dudes car on the side of the road my car was fine when i left i never turned off the car stoped at the store when i whent to start the car no start i pushed started the car and it turned on but my lights are going crazy and im hearing clicking not from motor

 

Check your battery voltage and alternator charging voltage. You may have damaged your alternator or battery.

 

check your fuses

 

I had this happen once, I had just blown a fuse.
