I recently bought a 2004 Accord 180,000 miles that I noticed two things. When driving and I apply the brakes the steering wheel shimmy's... Bad rotors I'm thinking.... I had two rotors laying around from a wrecked

Also I noticed when I hit the brake the steering wheel, will slighting tilt ( the car doesn't drift or pull just the steering wheel. As soon as I release the brake pedal the wheel will come back . Its most noticeable when coming to a stop. Ball joints and tie rods seem tight...

Would this be rotors or caliper/hose... Just want to see if I should change both or just rotors...
