Default Choosing the correct 5 Speed

Hey guys, have a 98 civic D16Y7. I want to 5 speed swap it and was wondering what is the right transmission for it? I looked around a little and saw the difference between a couple of them but am still a littlest confused. Also, any chance an 01 5 speed would fit the 98 engine would it?

92-00 fit, d series only. ones from the y8 or z6 engines are best.
