Dash Lights Failing in Civic 2004 LX
I noticed while driving home that my three climate adjuster ***** were dim. But dash lights were bright. Then the radio died and came back on then the red air bag light came on, then the radio died completely and the climate adjustments **** lights were really dim. Then the gas gauge and odometer died but the out of gas light came on though there was plenty of gas but the gas tank dial dropped to empty but then came back on.
In the past the automatic stick light was replaced and went out in a week and before the bottom climate **** went out and I replaced that bulb and the bulb for the rear defrost backlight. After I replaced those bulbs all three backlight bulbs on the bottom, the rear defrost, AC and inner air circulation bulbs went out but the bottom climate control button did not go out. I replaced the stick light and the climate lights bulbs at he same time. Any thoughts?

I would honestly check the charging voltage on your alternator while it's running. Check the alternator ground (Mounting bolts) too. My buddy's 02 EX had an alternator that would charge as high as 18 volts and it caused some unpredictable results. It would flash random warning lights (ABS, SRS, Battery) and everything would brighten or dim.
