2003 Honda element is having trouble starting. Green key indicator is flashing on dash. Checked battery..it's fine. Any ideas?

 

had the green key flashing in my 2003 Element.i just removed the cluster 2 weeks ago replacing dash bulbs. replaced my battery with no change. ended up removing the cluster and unplugging and replugging the two connectors. it started right up!!
