I have a 2001 Honda Civic Coupe and the srs light just came on a few weeks ago. not sure what it means or what to do about it. I looked on youtube but the videos don't explain why or how this happened, only how to reset it.

ps. I cannot afford a mechanic right now.

 

Probably the seat belt switch. Known issue on 7th gens, google it. But this is also in the wrong forum so I'm going to move it.

search how to read the SRS code, and the computer will tell you exactly what's wrong.
