Replaced new TPS sensor, still cannot adjust correct TPS voltage
I am having a 1997 JDM Integra Type R DC2
Whenever I floor the thorttle, and the rev reach around 6-7k rpm, it will throw a CEL. I have checked the CEL, it gives a code 7 (TPS problem).
Therefore, I have replaced a brand new TPS sensor. However the TPS voltage cannot correctly adjusted.
At Closed throttle, I adjusted the voltage to 0.48v, but the voltage is 5.12v when it is WOT.
I have tried 3 TPS sensor, they all gives the same results, so it shouldn't be the sensor issue.
Can anyone figure put what the problem is?

since the TPS is supplied with 5v, and the TPS sensor range is approx 0.5-4.5.... your reading of 5.12v at WOT makes me suspect that you have a grounding issue. OR you do not have the DMM/volt meter connected correctly. Or you have an ECU issue.
check: (in this order)
make sure that the engine/trans ground is good
make sure that the thermostat ground connection is good
make sure that your dmm ground is connected to the ECU ground. (on the thermostat housing)
make sure that the 5v wire really has 5v (move around the TPS while you are checking this)
make sure that the ground wire really is ground (move around the TPS while you are checking this)
check: (in this order)
