Hey guys so my car has been running really rough for about the first 15 minutes i drive it until it warms uo. By rough i mean the motor tries to cut out. Its a 95 civic with a jdm d15b. I pulled the cel codes and im throwing a code 20, the eld code. Any ideas how to fix it before replacing the fuse box? Ground wires? Also how does one replace the fuse box, is it all plug and play like clips underneath?

 

i had code 20.
there's 4 or so plugs on the bottom of the fuse box.
replaced my fuse box but cel still on.
vtec solenoid kept falling apart so i'd superglue
it back together numerous times. finally ordered
a new cheapie from china on ebay.
replaced and cel went off. weird.
