Default Possibly clogged 🐈alytic converter

Don’t know if this is the proper place to post this but I’m almost sure my cat converter is plugged. The car is very sluggish and when it warms up it runs very very bad. Sounds great on idle but under a load it’s very sluggish(almost doesn’t move). So I’m wondering if anyone has a catalytic converter they could part with. It can be old, Just not plugged. Please let me know. Thank you much. The car is a 2001 accord LX f23a1

ya, P0420 but after overfilling it with oil it barley runs now. So I’m thinking that may have did that cat in 100% was pouring smoke out of the muffler. The Oil was drained and is fine now but now the car doesn’t wanna run worth a crap once it warms up.

Yep..cat under threshold..try taking out o2 sensor on exhaust manifold and see if it runs better..it lets exhaust escape pre-cat..i personally would just take cat off..i took mine off in 10 minutes..soaked the nut with pb blaster overnight and they came right off..take front nuts off..remove rear and let cat hang on ground and pry rubber mounts off hangers..done.
