For 1990 civic.. I have an alarm installed but don't know how to hook up for the power door lock.. so i only could arm/disarm and using key to unlock the door. Anyone know how and where do I hook up the wire from the alarm box to the wires on the car and where is this wire in the car ?? on the alarm box it indicates +/- wires to the power lock system (i'm clueless here).. i think it hook up to the power door control unit.. but no clue.

 

I'm assuming your Civic has factory door locks. These wires can be found at the driver's kick panel. What brand/model alarm do you have??

LOCK --- GREEN/WHITE
UNLOCK --- GREEN/RED

 

It's an Ungo.. friend and I installed it years ago.. just now the door key slot is all loose.. i think it needs a relay, just don't know how to hook it up.. a bit confusing cuz never done it. think ima bring to an alarm guy to get it done..

 

There are way better alarms than that "UNGO BOX" alarm. Replace it and make sure the installer hides the control module instead of under the dash, driver side. Yeah, that's where most lazy installers put it. Very stealth huh? lol
