A guy at my work posted the above, good deal or would you stay far far away? I sent him an e-mail about the title etc etc etc, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet.
EDIT: adding his reply.
-Clean title
-The heat\cold switch needs to be replaced.
-Driver seat was stolen, replaced with Junkyard find.
-Front left quarter panel dented.
-Driver\Passenger doors shot by a pellet gun.
-Not a problem to have someone check it out.

you need to get it checked out....do you trust the guy? did he beat on it?
its gonna need a rebuild soon...i mean it would be a great chance to build a hella motor....just make sure things are in check...also, try and get him downt o 3200$

Those numbers are gonna be low anyways, its a high milageR! i'd say if your gonna rebuild it then do it, but you hafta rebuild it soon. because if your main crank bearing goes out then, you might have a good chance of a warped head too...
when you build a motor you have to (well, you dont have to but this one you do because of milage) change the bearing anyways - so rods, ctr pistons, Type-R valves, dual valve springs, titanium retainers, port/polish, Jun cams...
