SRS light on, ABS light on no Horn or cruise control
Hi there I'm trying to diagnose the lights that are on when I purchased the car. It has a solid SRS and ABS light on. No CEL. Horn and cruise dont work. I tried reseting the SRS on the left yellow connector but the SRS light kept blinking after the procedure and never reset. So i went to the blue connector on the passenger to diagnose the code, after shorting it, the CEL would have 2 long blinks followed by a quick ABS light blink. Then it would just repeat the 2 long CEL blinks over and over. SRS light is solid on during this procedure.
Car is a 95 accord v6. What do u think it can be. Ill be jumping the horns today to make sure they work, but ive heard this is a cable reel/clockspring problem, I ordered one just in case. What do u guys think about those 2 long CEL blinks and a short ABS blink?

Every fuse is checks out good. Horn relay is behind the radio I can hear it clicking when I press on the horn button. Cruise control button is on the dash but the cruise controls (set, accel, feel) is on the steering wheel. I saw the eric the car guy video on a 99 accord with all the same symptoms (except the abs) and it turned out to be the Clockspring. What could be popping the abs light?
