I recently had a motor swap. Everything was running fine for about a week. Yesterday when I went out to start the car it wouldn’t turn over. All the lights and radio was working fine. The battery is brand new so I know that’s not the problem. I got a jump from a neighbor and it took a while but it turned over. Later on in the day. The same issue. But this time getting a jump wouldn’t help at all. The guy who put the engine in came by and said he couldn’t get the scan codes to work and there is no communication to the ECU. And is suggesting I get a new one. Any help? Advice? I appreciate it! Thanks.
